Back to the grind!

This job is just so fucking awesome!! It’s like an office for my foundation and I get paid! It’s a healing center for people! I work at Right Touch Massage Therapy! Come treat yourself. The owner Fred also owns Tucson Touch Therapy up the street where they have more rooms, services, and therapists. Both offices are super close to Pima Alano Club where I attend AA meetings. My 90 minute massage is Saturday. Forgot that I work Easter Sunday so I can have my birthday week off! Good thing I scheduled my re Baptism on this Thursday night at 7pm at Pantano Christian Church on Houghton and 29th St. I have a few friends coming and family. Really really hooping my nephews will come, but I told them no pressure. They became Christians all on their own and I am so so proud of them!! Everyone is welcome tho! The church is so amazing, and I love love Pastor Trevor!!

So came into work with no laundry to fold. That does mean I have to do 4 huge bags tomorrow but it’s okay. I have 9.25 hours to do it, and can do it at my own pace with my music!! There are only 2 therapists here today. We have 3 rooms and are moving into a newly remodeled building with 3 rooms up the street soon. No clients today till 10am and I was here at 8:35am doing my opening duties while jamming to music. Joanna is awesome but also Ken ..who is going to do an angel reading for me on Saturday or maybe sooner for free if he has time…does not come in till 1:30pm on Tuesdays. They will both be gone by 4:45pm, but I have to stay till 6pm for the phones and closing duties. I will probably go by the end of my AA meeting to say hi to everyone! I still have an hour till the first client checks out. I did bring my diamond art, because I think I can finally focus on that again! Yay! I could not get into reading the Big Book at AA or any leisure books last September and October. Was in hospital most of October. Got out 10/31 after 22 more nights. 12 before that and 8 before that I think. I did start reading It Ends With Us…which I saw the movie with my Mom which is kind of ironic, because the abuse (verbal and emotional) ends with us!! These kids need to grow up in healthier environments so hopefully we can all try to control our anger more. Mine started getting controlled as soon as I got sober again 3/13/23!!

Still writing on this one but taking a break to do diamond art and/or journal, but maybe I will just start a new blog later! Bought a 12 and 12 step and traditions book this morning at AA and have a very very much needed therapy appt on Thursday at 8am, caseworker meeting at 10:30am, 11am Women’s meeting and a new private meeting with a new sponsor at 12pm then lunch with my Dad to discuss getting a lawyer for my assault plus it will be amazing to see my Dad!! Love him so much! Love my Mom so much too btw! I just wish she would get her own therapist and go to some NAMI family meetings. Then psychiatrist Teams meeting at 3:20pm on Thursday so busy ass day! Will still start and end day with AA! Friday my brand new king mattress and bad ass frame with storage and shelves is being delivered! So excited! Happy Tuesday! Someone today said See You Next Tuesday! Inside joke with my Aunt but I am sure some of you know what I am talking about! C not See! The lady had no idea what I was talking about! Ha ha! It is a horrible word tho in my opinion too! Ha ha! Love you mi Tia! When she says it, it is funny and the person deserves it!!
